Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original JumpBoots packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your boots, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
